I am a yoga and movement coach with extensive experience in traditional practices like Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, as well as modern movement techniques. One of the biggest struggles my audience faces is maintaining consistency in their practice and managing physical limitations or stress. Having gone through multiple burnouts in my professional dance career and corporate life, I've managed to overcome these challenges through yoga and movement, and now I help others do the same.
